2. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain ownership of the drawings you create during gameplay. By creating drawings on WhoDrew.io, you grant us a royalty-free license to render and display those drawings in real time to room participants for gameplay purposes.

3. Service Availability & Room Management

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but WhoDrew.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Inactive rooms and inactive connections are automatically cleaned up to preserve system stability.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhoDrew.io or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the game service.
