Fake Artist Online
The "fake artist" party game, free in your browser. Everyone draws one picture together; one artist is faking it.
Board gamers know the idea from A Fake Artist Goes to New York: a group draws one picture together, one stroke each, and one player is a fake artist who doesn't know the subject. WhoDrew.io brings that style of game online, for free: no paper, no game master, no one has to sit out to write the word. The game deals roles, picks the word, runs the turns and counts the votes.

Play WhoDrew FreeHow the fake artist game works online
- Roles: every Artist sees the secret word. The fake artist (the Forger) only sees the category.
- Drawing: players take turns adding strokes to one shared canvas, so the Forger has to blend in with real lines.
- Discussion: everyone talks it out in chat or voice chat.
- Vote: if the group catches the fake artist, they get one guess at the word. A correct guess still wins the round for them.

Tips for fake artist games
- As an Artist: your first stroke should prove you know the word without giving it away.
- As the fake artist: go late if you can, and add a detail that fits several possible words in the category.
- Everyone: remember who drew which stroke. In WhoDrew each player has their own color, so you can point at the evidence.
